Our verdict

Is a Rinnai heat pump right for you?

Solid all-in-one heat pumps from a listed company that builds some of them in Victoria. Specs are good rather than leading, the split system uses R32, and there are almost no owner reviews of the current Enviroflo range yet. Rinnai Australia as a company averages 3.5 stars from 427 ProductReview reviews across all its products, with complaints mostly about service.
